18/08/2014 - Poland There are a lot of occasions to have a drink for the Juhasi. The rules never changed : The Juhasi are drinking by shots sharing the same glass untill the bottle is finished. Oscypek, a polish cheese made from ewe's milk, is a protected trade name under the EU's Protected Designation of Origin geographical indication since 2008. This cheese is the result of a traditional handcraft process perpetuated by mountaineers, the Juhasi.
